FAQ
Before you ask
No — every van is fully self-contained with its own spot-free water tank and quiet battery power. If a hookup happens to be handy we'll happily use it, but we never require one. Apartments, offices and parking garages are all fair game.
You don't have to be. Most customers hand us the key or leave it in a lockbox, then get text updates with photos along the way. If you'd like the final walk-around, just be around near the end of your window — otherwise we'll lock up and text you the after photos.
Light rain with a garage or carport? We can usually still work under our canopy. Anything heavier, we text you the morning of and reschedule free — your deposit simply moves with you. And if rain spots a detail within 24 hours, we'll come back for a free exterior touch-up.
The Refresh runs about 1.5–2 hours, a Full Detail 3–4 hours, and Showroom Ceramic 5–6 hours (the coating needs time to be applied properly). Larger vehicles and heavy pet hair or staining can add time — your detailer confirms before starting, never after.
Pricing is flat by package and vehicle size, shown right on this page. The only things that can change it are add-ons you choose or genuinely extreme conditions (biohazard, severe pet hair) — and we always quote those for your approval before any extra work begins.
We're based in Melrose and cover roughly a 30-mile radius — Malden, Medford, Stoneham, Wakefield, Winchester, Woburn, Somerville, Cambridge and most of Greater Boston. Outside the radius? Call us — for multiple cars we'll usually make the trip.
If you keep your car 3+ years or park outside, yes. The 2-year coating makes washing dramatically easier, protects against UV fade, bird droppings and road salt, and keeps that just-detailed gloss far longer than wax or sealant. It won't stop rock chips — we'll tell you that straight.
A $30 deposit at booking reserves your crew and route slot — it's applied to your bill, not added to it. The balance is due when your detail is done, by card, tap-to-pay, cash or Venmo. Tips are never expected and always appreciated by your detailer.
