Before you book
Appointments get you in and out fastest — especially for inspections, batteries, and tires, which we can often do while you wait. That said, if your car is making a scary noise, just come in. We hold bays every day for breakdowns and will always at least diagnose it the same day.
Common services have flat prices posted right on this page. For anything else, you get a written estimate — with photos — after inspection and before work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay; if we find something unexpected, we stop and call you first. Always.
Every repair we perform — parts and labor — for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes last, honored at shops nationwide. Wear items like brake pads and wiper blades carry a 12-month warranty. If a covered repair fails, we fix it free, including towing within 25 miles.
Yes — both are free. Our shuttle covers Melrose, Wakefield, Stoneham, Malden, and Saugus. Loaner cars are available for repairs that take more than a few hours; just pick "Free loaner car" when you book so we have one cleaned and ready.
We service all hybrids and handle tires, brakes, suspension, alignment, and 12-volt systems on EVs. Two of our technicians are ASE L3 hybrid/EV certified, and we use insulated tooling and factory-level scan tools for Tesla, Rivian, and all major brands.
Life happens. Cancel or move your appointment up to 2 hours ahead and your $25 deposit is refunded in full. Reply to your confirmation text or call us at (781) 555-0147 and we'll get you rebooked.
